We are accepting applications for a PRN retail pharmacy technician at First Choice Primary Care in Warner Robins, GA. This position would work every Friday and PRN as needed. The hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday's are 8am-5pm. They are closed on the weekends.

Job Summary: Assists the pharmacist by entering and/or filling prescriptions for medications for oral, rectal, topical, and injectable use; creates drug labels and unit doses drugs; answers calls, routes calls appropriately, fields questions and phone calls from nurses and physicians; sells patient prescription to patient or patient representative utilizing the point of sale system; emails on behalf of the pharmacy; calls physicians and insurance companies on behalf of pharmacy, and performs other related duties. Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding work flow environment.
