PharmcareUSA of West Chester, OH is seeking a FULL-TIME Consultant Pharmacist Technician for our growing company.

Looking to try out an exciting type pharmacy technician job with flexibility? Look no further! This position requires traveling to nursing facilities and performing medication cart, medication room and medication pass audits. Locations are around the West Chester, OH region. Additionally, you will assist the pharmacy and consultant pharmacist with other tasks as needed. We are looking for a team member to be part of the PharmcareUSA family. Someone who is hard working, has good communication skills, a desire to help others, with good pharmacy technician skills, and who wants to be a part of a growing and connected team would be an ideal candidate for this role.

Pay is based on experience.

Qualifications

Job Specifications:

• Licensed by the state(s) in which they practice.
• Knowledgeable about the legal responsibilities of the consultant to the nursing facility and its residents, including all state and federal laws and regulations governing pharmacy services and the operation of nursing facilities.
• Maintain minimum required continuing education hours established by state board of pharmacy.
• Travel as required

• Must be able to travel to locations;
• Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment such as calculators, copy machines and printers up to 100% of the time;
• Regularly required to talk and hear in order to communicate effectively over the phone and in person;
• Must be able to see 100% of the time to recognize medications, detect inaccuracies, and observe the work of others;
• This position will require standing & walking; may occasionally require bending, kneeling, and stooping;
• Must be able to lift and/or transport materials weighing up to 25 pounds, up to 10% of the time;
• Must be able to tolerate normal office environment and exposure to various medications;
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
