Schedule: 3:30pm - 2:00am, Monday- Thursday, some Fridays

Pay: $16 - $21 DOE

• $2.00/hour swing shift differential 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Weigh out and Compound of raw materials and filling of product according to batch records; documenting all true weighs, lot numbers and any variation made during such duties in the batch records
• Ensure quality is maintained, including fill levels and inspecting for defects. Assure batch records are filled out correctly and completely using good documentation practices
• Maintain an accurate inventory of raw materials used in weigh out through periodic inventory cycle counts
• Operate pasteurization equipment and maintain a level of product in the holding tank during production to maintain temperature requirements for fill temperature according to batch records
• Perform set up and operation of bottle flipper
• Sanitize all equipment using food grade chemicals while being mindful of safety concerns. Always maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
• Follow all company policies and Operational Procedures for weigh out, compounding, and filling of raw materials.
• Duties include helping on the production line and assisting where needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Prior experience in clean room liquid production.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Prior knowledge of cGMP is helpful
• Bi-lingual helpful, English and Spanish
• Must be able to withstand long periods of standing in one place.
• Visual acuity required is the minimum standard for use with those whose work deals largely with visual inspection involving small defects, handling small parts, operation of simple machines,
