We are currently looking for a Sales Representative – Primary Care to join our PharmaGenetics INC team within our Purchasing department. As a Sales Representative – Primary Care, the candidate functions as a support to all procurement activities of the department.

The ideal candidate must enjoy troubleshooting and resolving problems and is dedicated to helping customers. Where no task feels too small and no challenge impossible. Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The chosen in this role.

Pharmaceutical Sales Rep – Primary Care (Entry level & Experienced)

The Sales Representative – Primary Care professional will act as the primary customer contact for demand creation by marketing pharmaceutical products’ to physicians. Specifically, the Sales Representative is responsible for promoting healthcare products per the laws, regulations and company policies governing the promotion of the healthcare product. Each Sales Rep has an assigned territory and reports to a Sales Manager. In this strategic sales role, the Sales Representative's provide current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of biotech products to customers and effectively communicate the clinical and economic benefits of the pharmacology product in accordance with approved promotional labeling.

As sales leaders, our Sales Representatives -Primary are expected to achieve territory sales goals by executing their assigned and approved territory Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies. This includes delivering brand sales messages, effective product-detailing of the assigned customers, executing planned programs, executing the targeting and call plan expectations and following up with medical education programs and achieving or exceeding sales goal targets.

Each Sales Rep is also responsible for collaborating with other field-based team members/Account Managers responsible for servicing and educating the target customer and their practice. The expectation is for the rep to maintain and nurture professional relationships with the healthcare professionals they target to promote healthcare products and services.

OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE – PRIMARY CARE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Continuously improve selling skills, product and competitor product knowledge by

completing required training courses, working with your managers, and reviewing
available information provided by the product management team.

  • Calling on territory healthcare providers and informing those

healthcare providers about the features and benefits of our products, explaining
the characteristics, uses, dosages, value add programs for our HCP’s and their
patients as well as the ability to effectively communicate other relevant
educational information as directed by management in order to grow market share;

  • Consistently develop a partnership selling style that includes an ability to use

all available promotional literature and selling tools (excel based reports,
market share & usage reports, etc,) during sales calls as assigned;

  • Educate, develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned territory healthcare

providers and their staff, to further the progress of the company business;

SALES REPRESENTATIVE – PRIMARY CARE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be authorized to be employed in the United States
  • At least some abilities in business-to-business sales;
  • Strong organization skills and excellent oral presentation and communication skills

also required;

  • Ability to effectively manage a physician-based customer base
  • Skills to communicate clinically based evidence to healthcare professionals
  • Must be able to acquire all industry credentials or certifications
  • Willingness to maintain medical knowledge and data that is constantly changing
