As PIRC is essentially in startup mode with the full backing of PharmaEssentia HQ, this is an exciting time for PIRC and the Accounting Manager will have great influence in developing and growing PIRC from the ground floor up.What You’ll Do: 

• CPA, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in accounting with 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles, including US GAAP, and the ability to apply them to new or existing transactions.
• Audit experience at a Big 4 firm, or other nationally recognized accounting firm.
• Financial systems experience with ability to drive system changes and improvements (SAP S4HANA, Concur).
• Proven ability to produce timely and accurate results within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to predict, diagnose and resolve problems.
• Ability to innovate and use technology to improve processes and performance.
• Desire for continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail and organizational skills.
