Ideal candidate will have experience with pharmacy outages, clean rooms, ventilation management programs; hold a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation, and/or certified with Controlled Environment Testing Association. (CETA), Six Sigma/Lean Practices certification. 

Assists Director with the operations, communications, maintenance, emergency response, alterations, and repair of institutional facilities with a focus on the Pharmacy locations and other areas on the ventilation management plan. 

Provides efficient and effective maintenance operations support through the following: Provides Management of assigned areas to ensure key performance measures associated with customer service, and reliability. Ensures that effective management processes and principles are in place for relevant work flows. Coordinates, monitors, and evaluates process controls including utility system management, Environmental performance, Asset performance, scheduling requirements, operations impact, utility outages, and other formatted associated correspondence. Reviews, monitors, and executes necessary outside contracts associated with corrective and preventative maintenance programs for assigned systems and equipment. Accountable for assigned customers for management of activities planning, communication, and program changes. Understands and utilizes CMMS system to manage work orders and analyze data to effectively report activities. Manages data and workflows through BMS/BAS systems for KPIs and reliable operations for designated areas. Researches, develops, and improves the Patient Care and PreventionFacilities by performing the following:- Study industry operating and planning needs, and techniques.- Produce ideas and concepts to improve operating efficiencies.- Research and stay informed of industry best practices.- Design and develop new operating procedures.- Respond to requests for information from project managers (PCPF and FPDC), facilities staff, and engineers and key stakeholders and customers. Creates and provides training material and documentation for specialized spaces such as Pharmacies, sterile processing, and Operating rooms.

Manages Area performance and development through:Manages and set expectations for performance of activities for the FM division in relation to Pharmacies. Ensures consistent performance management processes are followed and documented, as well as maintaining dashboards, lists, and calendars associated with customer needs. Assists in establishing objectives, policies, and plans for long-range, as well as short-range and on-going operational matters.Assists in establishing policies, priorities, and schedules. Conduct regular meetings to utilize standard reports and scorecards. Ensures all developmental and institutionally required trainings are completed for assigned staff within/and cross department deadlines.

Ensures execution of the budget and spending targets:

Accountability for unit outcomes for safe and reliable utilities andappropriate documentation. Responsible for accountability unitoutcomes for regulatory compliance at all levels. Prepares andcoordinates Service Level Agreements.

The employee is considered as ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL for allemergency related events and agrees to fulfill the responsibilitiesassociated by signing the agreement. Provides leadership andparticipates in the Emergency Response Ride Out Team, which mayrequire this position to act on behalf of the Emergency Officer andstay onsite until normal business resumes.As a group Leader, this position is expected to regularly carry cell phoneto respond to emergency events. This time is not considered on-call and will not be compensated.
