Seeking a Bilangual in English and Spanish, Pharmacy located in Burbank, CA

Overview:

Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician and play a crucial role in supporting the healthcare needs of our community. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to patient care.

Duties:

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately

- Manage inventory and restock medications

- Provide excellent patient service by answering inquiries and processing medication orders

- Utilize knowledge of pharmacy terminology and calculations

- Support medication administration, including IV infusion preparations

- Maintain aseptic technique standards for sterile compounding

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Skills:

- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician

- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

- Proficiency in medication administration and inhalation therapy

- Familiarity with critical care practices

- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and patient care

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
