**Primary Purpose:**

A1 Garage Door Service, the industry leader in garage door installation and repair, is looking for an organized individual that can help our Area Managers grow our company. This is person will help assist in the daily tasks of an Area manager including maintaining warehouse organization, manage inventory and assist in garage door service work.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assisting with management, organization and maintenance of warehouses including tracking of all market expenses.

* Maintaining physical inventory of warehouses and vehicles with Service Titan software.

* Assisting in delivery between warehouses, supply houses and A1 techs. Preparation of garage doors for installation and service work.

* Communication liaison with customers including troubleshooting, customer issues and urgent escalation needs in the market.

* Helping with fleet maintenance: tracking vehicles, keys and performing vehicle inspections/cleanliness and maintaining spare vehicles. Oversee techs during vehicle inspections and supply cleaning materials.

* Facilitate communication with apprentices and technicians with status updates to make sure the apprentice is doing well in the apprentice program.

**Basic Position Requirements:**

Travel to Markets within regional area when needed.

Clean background and Motor vehicle report.

**Abilities:**

Reliable and Self Motivated

Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Solid knowledge of the Market surroundings

Excellent inventory and organizational skills.

**Knowledge:**

Knowledge of computers and tablet use

Knowledge of hand tools, mechanical tools, and garage door experience is a plus, but not required.

**Training Required:**

1 month technical training located in Phoenix, Arizona

**Working Conditions:**

The job environment is fast paced and results oriented.

Be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver license.

Must pass Drug test, Background check and Motor Vehicle check.
