Positions available: Order Picker, Forklift Operator, and Pallet Wrapper. Phantom operates a safe environment with a focus on quality, and our people follow a team approach to completing work that is collaborative in nature. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are a must. The ability to work well with others, communicate with multiple teams, and follow instructions correctly is also a must.

If selected, Employees must be available to work all facility hours as noted from week to week, and be here all mandatory weeks from April to July. After July 4th, we evaluate our best talent for some offers to join our year round staff. So if you’re looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company, this could be the one! Many of our year round staff started as seasonal workers.

Positions are day shift, hourly, and earn time and a half over 40 hours. In the weeks leading up to the 4th of July, staff can work 50, 60, 70, and even 80 hours in a week (ramping up closer to the 4th!) including evenings and weekends in the later weeks on the job! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Picks orders, operates forklift equipment, and/or wraps completed pallets of product for outbound shipments to our showrooms.
• Maintains bin location systems to aid in storage and picking of goods.
• Records container shipments and plans timely/proper unloading of containers.
• Assists warehouse employees in loading and unloading trucks or containers if necessary.
• Maintains proper housekeeping protocols to keep the facility neat and organized.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior warehouse work experience helpful.
• Ability to lift product cases up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work extended hours during the weeks leading up to the July 4th holiday, as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to pass a drug test.
