We are hiring for a full-time Technology Support Specialist to work in our office in Rochester, PA.
How YOU Will Make an Impact
- Provide comprehensive hardware and software support for our on-site and remote workers.
- Assist in maintaining and installing technology items at our on-site and off-site locations.
- Applying industry knowledge to make suggestions for bettering our systems and procedures.
- Periodically training end-users in the use of our technology systems.
- Working on various technology department projects and initiatives.
- Maintaining communication for technology projects for the on-site location.
What YOU Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined experience preferred.
- Must have strong communication, computer hardware, network, and mobile device troubleshooting skills.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be organized and able to maximize efficiency to provide excellence service.
- Must have considerable experience and understanding of Microsoft operating systems.
What Will Help YOU Succeed
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Applications.
- Experience with Linux and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with Cisco Networking devices and/or Cisco Meraki.
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
- Experience with iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
- Experience with SIP based VoIP Phone Systems.
