Summary

NewSouth Window is looking for a Regional Canvass Manager to join our team. The RCM is responsible for setting, staffing and training for all the in-field canvass teams in the region. The daily processes will include but are not limited to. Hiring and training a team of lead setters, ensuring staffing in all locations and setting qualified appointments to budget.

What You'll Do

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

We are looking for a Team Player who has excellent customer service skills and someone who can multitask. Window experience preferred but not required. 

• Tracks measure profitability of all canvass teams
• Communicates with the call center to ensure accuracy.
• Track flow of jobs
• Orders all materials for each market (uniforms, door hangers, PPE)
• Confirms accuracy of data for input in the system & works with canvass workers on metrics, leads and appointments.
• Communicates as needed with Market Presidents / General Managers
• Proactive with customer communications.
• Keeps up on all appointments and results.
• Assist in scheduling and working with staff
• Maintains documentation in LP and CRM

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Will require moderate travel to the markets for staffing, training and observation.
