Summary

Service Technician/Installer We are looking for an experienced carpenter or someone experienced in window, sliding glass door and entry door installation to support our installation teams.

What You'll Do

A preferred candidate should be able or trained to:

• Trouble shoot problems
• Visit job sites
• Re-glaze windows
• Service Sliding Glass Doors
• Inspect the project with customers for final product acceptance

• Repair issues on jobs
• Communicate with service manager, production manager on issues as they arise
• Ensure you have materials for projects prior to job
• Communicate effectively with customers before during and possibly after service.

Who You Are

Requirements:

• Candidate must have experience with window and door installation and service or 2 years of carpentry experience
• Must have good customer service skills and can communicate well verbally and in writing
• Must be organized and have good follow up skills and be computer literate
• Experienced with framing and window trim out preferred

• Must have a clean valid driving license

• Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery.
• Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs with assistance.
• Use of hand tools

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Required to travel to service sites daily.
