Summary

• Planning, scheduling, and releasing orders and add-ons for delivery loads in iDispatch Planning, maintaining load capacities, shipping goals, lead-times and promise dates, sorting and sequencing dealer stops within loads for route delivery efficiencies, managing finished goods inventories and RMAs for assigned routes and dealers, and printing documents for loading and customers.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to operate a computer terminal, including familiarity with Internet navigation, Windows Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Access, Outlook and Excel,), Word Processing and Spreadsheets.

Desired:

• Associates degree.
• Five years of experience in dispatching, delivery and trucking industry.
• Understanding of Class A, D.O.T. and Federal Laws (Interstate & Intrastate.)
• Desire to learn, grow and contribute in a team based environment.
