Looking for an IT Developer for a long term consulting role with a global banking institution in New York City.

Job Title: IT Developer (Mandarin Fluency Strongly Preferred )

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in coding. The IT Developer will be responsible for contributing to the development and maintenance of our applications, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, performance, and security.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or C .
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, C#, or C .
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with one of the database systems (e.g., SQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $41.91 - $50.48 per hour
