PGH Wong was established in 1985 on its extraordinary foundation in systems engineering and is now a full-service engineering, architecture, construction management, and program/project management consulting firm for public and private entities across the nation.

We are looking for an Interface Engineer that has interface management and design experience on large-scale rail transit projects. The Interface Engineer will report to Interface Management Lead and will work a full-time position for an initial 6-month period, with a possibility for an extension. The successful candidate will be working in Santa Clara, CA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Identify, define, track and verify design interfaces in close collaboration and coordination with Design Managers and Discipline Leads.
• Support the development and implementation of the Interface Management process.
• Establish a Part List, Interface Matrices, Interface Registers, Interface Control Documents.
• Support Interface Management Lead in day-to-day activities related to design interface management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in design interface management.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly dynamic project environment.
• Good communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
