Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a fresh and personable Office Manager to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative and accounting operations of the company. You will be working on a variety of office support tasks, so the ability to work diligently under pressure is a must! This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, creating reports, special projects, Payroll responsibilities, and other organizational tasks. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

1. Responsibilities:

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications promptly
  • Create and update records ensuring theaccuracy and validity of information
  • Handling tasks such as A/P and A/R entry and support
  • Ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
  • Financial responsibilities, such as potential payroll duties
  • Support Purchasing and Sales Departments
  • Ability to handle special projects
  • Potential to grow into HR Department responsibilities
  • BONUS: Assist with team-building activities and luncheons

2. Knowledge/Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher (Accounting, Human Resources, General Management, or related field)

3. Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • General Accounting knowledge, worked in an office environment.
  • Epicor ERP software knowledge is a plus (training is available!).
