Experience Required

• Class A PGA Member in good standing.
• College degree preferred.
• Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with employees, members, and guests.
• Minimum 3-5 years high-end private club experience.
• High level of experience in tournament operations.
• Proficiency in computer skills to include MOS programs and Golf Genius software.

Essential Responsibilities

• Makes recommendations for the hiring and supervises all outside golf operations personnel.
• Maintain safety standards and safety equipment.
• Develop and manages Tournament programming budgets.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials to communicate the tournaments and programs to the membership.
• Attend applicable committee meetings, management, and staff meetings when requested.
• Play golf with a variety of members and / or guests as time permits.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and always maintain a professional image.
