Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct data as needed
- Maintain and update files and databases
- Perform basic math calculations when necessary
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Generate reports and perform data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables
- Assist with order entry and tracking
- Provide administrative support to the office as needed

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Excellent clerical and data entry skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Note: Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
