Pflugerville Family Dentistry is looking for an amazing front desk team member!
Primarily Responsibilities
You will be responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the dental front desk and office, including but not limited to:
-Maintaining appearance and order of dental office
-Greeting patients with a warm welcome
-Checking on patients in the lobby to ensure everyone is accounted for
-Walking around the office (front and back) to see if patients need anything
-Checking in patients
-Normal front desk activities such as scheduling patients, checking paperwork, insurance, and other administrative duties
- General front office duties.
Education/Experience
  • High school diploma
  • Legible handwriting for communications
  • Strong typing skills
  • Knowledge of Gmail and Google Drive a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus
