Summary:

The Colleague Wellness Physician will provide occupational health and wellness services to Pfizer colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Provides CW clinical operational activity, including, but not limited to medical surveillance, wellness exams and consultations, acute episodic illness and injury, OHSA recordkeeping, evaluation and management of occupational injuries and illnesses, and reproductive consultations.
• Collaborates with mid-level providers and provides required supervision.

In states where mandated:

• Provides consultations and immunizations for international travelers.
• Provides allergy immunizations and follow-up care as needed.
• Participates in workplace investigations for occupational events; assists with determining work-relatedness of injuries/illnesses.
• Works collaboratively with Pfizer CW staff.

• OHSAS 18001/OSHA VPP
• Human Resources policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Degree in Medicine with Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Occupational Medicine, and/or related specialty.
• A minimum of 5 years experience as an OHW professional.

Rate/Location:

• $165/hr-$170/hr
• This is an onsite role in Rocky Mount, NC

In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
