ROLE SUMMARY
This position is a member of Regulatory Interactions Support Services team (RISS). The RISS team is responsible for managing the preparation and logistics associated with the successful running of Pfizer’s Regulatory agency meetings contributing to the drug approval process.
This position is for Client Engagement Manager who will work collaboratively across digital and PRD to execute RISS business processes from end to end.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES The CEM will have responsibility for :
Client Engagement Manager provides guidance and mentorship for clinical teams preparing for any regulatory interaction
Provides comprehensive guidance and resources to clients in across Pfizer, allowing them to plan and execute successful events both virtual and in person
Communicate, guide, and reinforce Advisory Committee processes and preparation activities to clinical project teams
Maintain tracking (budget and workload) of vendors and act as liaison with business
Provide guidance on key message development and speaker training to key presenters preparing for Advisory Committee Meetings and other critical regulatory meetings.
Advise outside vendors as needed
Maintain and update RISS playbook and associated services. Oversees continuous improvement of Digital RISS Toolset including innovating tools, streamlining business processes and training and guiding teams on best practices
Research background profiles and voting history on AC Panel members. Provide background assessment services, extracting panel intelligence and voting history to lead team in strategy planning
Forecast the pipeline of Pfizer portfolio including compound information, development priority and NDA submission milestones
Train clinical teams on latest digital tools and services
Market RISS services across Pfizer
General responsibilities
Contribute to the completion of complex projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team
Partner with business lines to understand their challenges and identify ways information technology can contribute to meeting their goals and objectives
Act as business partner for one or more project implementations, ensuring outcomes are aligned with all Pfizer policies, procedures, and Pfizer Digital Solution Development Life
Manage stakeholder expectations on project scope, deliverables and timeline
Assume responsibility for project and support budgets, ensures effective financial management including procurement of services and forecasting of expenses
Provide technical support to end users on existing systems as needed and identify areas for enhancement
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree
2 years' experience in client focused with business acumen
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
Capability to lead planning, organization and follow through on complex projects
Demonstrated skills in analysis and problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-Have
2 years experience in planning and executing meetings

Work Location Assignment : Hybrid colleagues must be able to work in Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business to connect and innovate with their team face-to-face.
However, they also benefit from being able to work offsite regularly when it makes business sense to do so.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $83,500.00 to $139,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.
