PFCGOC is Hiring a Protection Agent Near Los Angeles, CA

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The primary role of this position is to ensure the safe, secure, and discreet transportation of the client and family members. The employee will provide high-quality protective driving and support while safeguarding the clients during transport. This security professional will primarily work in a major metropolitan area.

Requirements

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform safe, secure, and discreet transportation measures for high-profile individuals in various environments.
  • Work within a cross-functional team.
  • Conduct security advances and logistical support for events, venues, and travel activities.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding any sensitive information on the client, physical protection means, and methods.
  • Interact professionally with team members, internal family, house staff, external individuals, and law enforcement officials.
  • Report to the executive protection management team.
  • Deescalate tense situations that arise during the client's transportation.
  • Understand the client's risks during transport, arrivals, and departures.
  • Assist with securing public locations before the client attends events.
  • Provide Security Driving for the client and select family members.
  • Follow company and client-directed procedures.
  • Operate motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner.
  • Provide the highest level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to communicate complex processes clearly and concisely.

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE:

  • Required – Google Suite, MS Office proficient, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Have an operational understanding of today's technology across all platforms.
  • Ability to make rapid notifications via standard communication tools.

MINIMUM & DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Four (4) years or more significant experience in relevant training and qualifications.
  • Military/Law enforcement experience is a plus.
  • Successfully completed PSOC or other reputable executive protection training.
  • Ability to adapt and understand corporate culture.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred, although equivalent/relevant experience can substitute for educational requirements.
  • Experience working with C-Suite level executives and equivalents.
  • Understanding of technology-based protective applications.
  • Ability to pass a standard background check, and drug screening, and possess a valid US passport and valid driver's license.
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
  • Formal protective driver training and medical training.
  • Current CA BSIS Guard Card.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Constant: Sitting, Standing, Seeing, Listening, Speaking
  • Periodic: Physical Training, Range Training, Specialized Training
  • Ability to climb stairs and walk inclines and on uneven terrain.
  • 24/7 availability to the client.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work typically performed as a mobile team member, driving, vehicle to venues, walking, etc.
  • Ability to mentally and physically handle long shift hours.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
