3rd Shift Supervisor Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced 3rd Shift Supervisor to join our team at our facility located in Asheboro, NC, 27203. As a 3rd Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations during the overnight shift and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize calipers and micrometers to measure and inspect products
• Operate and monitor extrusion machines to ensure proper functioning
• Use measurement gauges to verify product specifications
• Provide leadership and guidance to shift employees
• Manage and prioritize workload to meet production goals
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• Experience using calipers and micrometers for measurement
• Proficiency in operating extrusion machines
• Familiarity with measurement gauges
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
