We are seeking kitchen staff for a downtown cafe. Assists with prepping food and cleaning kitchen. Experience encouraged.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Preparing and portioning items needed for daily service
- Maintain a sanitary & clean work area
- Handle cooking fast paced breakfast and lunch business
- Work in a safe culinary environment without negativity
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines
- Ensure every plate meets quality standards
- Stock kitchen workstations as needed
- Keep sanitation levels to company standards
- Cook straightforward menu items
- Have a thorough working knowledge of all kitchen equipment
- Must be 18yrs of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
