About the Job
Are you a people person who also loves animals? Get ready for a dynamic and rewarding career with PetSmart Veterinary Services! Our receptionists play a vital role connecting pet parents to pet doctors. In this position, you will work with a fun and close-knit team to assist customers in getting the best medical care a veterinary practice has to offer. You will greet clients, field phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist the staff as necessary.
Must-Haves:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven customer service ability
- Flexibility and willingness to perform many job duties within the hospital
- Friendly, positive, team-oriented attitude
- Desire to always learn new things and take initiative
- The ability to multitask and help the team as needed
Nice-to-Haves:
- Veterinary hospital experience
- 1 years of experience in customer service roles
