The individual must have a valid drivers liscense and reliable daily transportation. Must be on time and ready to work. Need to be able to physically lift by ones self 80 lbs. Good verbal skills for conversation with customers is a must. Clean appearance and professional attitude is expected. There are multiple jobs to be balanced and will require working both indoors and outdoors. Must be able to learn on the fly and adapt as the situation evolves. The use of power tools and loud sounds are part of the job. Unloading freight, stocking warehouse shelves and UPS shipping. Positive skills, but are not required, would include any ability to weld, electrical & communication wiring, steel pipe plumbing, CDL's, being able to operate a computer, operate a fork lift, etc. There will be work away from the office. Sometimes there will be work that will require being out of town overnight and may require multiple overnight stays to complete the project.'
