Petroleum Engineering is Hiring a Site Superintendent Near Bellingham, MA

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with project team members to develop and implement effective construction strategies
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost control
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Solid understanding of contract documents, including drawings, specifications, and schematics
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles for construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

-Knowledge of Pump & Tank installation preferred, but not required
