Overview
Responsible for implementation and execution of all fleet support needs, including vehicle maintenance and repairs, fuel cards and expenses, vehicle assignment and tracking and GPS management.
Serve as the point of contact for all day-to-day fleet-related needs.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following.
The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time.
All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist with Management of vehicle fleet in accordance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory standards.
Schedule required DOT inspections, and safety inspections. Ensure external fleet appearance is maintained to company standards.
Communicate and escalate any issues that arise.
Manage demand maintenance process; ensure all maintenance work is completed timely and properly. Ensure preventive maintenance plans are adhered to.
Ensure vehicles are adequately maintained. Track maintenance costs.
Assist with management of vendor relationships. Ensure the integrity of repairs / maintenance work performed on fleet vehicles.
Review vendor invoices for accuracy. Communicate and escalate any issues that arise.
Assist with proper disposal and tracking of obsolete vehicles.
Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
High School Diploma and 3-5 years of fleet maintenance or administration experience.
ASE Truck Master Technician
CAFM or equivalent
LANGUAGE ABILITY :
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATH ABILITY :
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY :
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS :
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word processing software; Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Individual must also have knowledge of Centeron or other eTank monitoring system.
