PetroChoice, a leading distributor of lubricants, oils, fluids, and greases is currently recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager focusing on Automated Lubrication Systems, Servcice and Installations in the Upper midwest based out of Southern MN. Our 'Autolube" business unit has been a leader in the region for 20 years with advanced lubrication systems for the construction, on highway and industrial work places.

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for the acquisition of new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This individual is expected to manage the territory by providing services and solutions to customers, achieving sales volumes and profitability goals, and implementing corporate strategic objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering and 2 years of experience in an outside sales position, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write proposals and technical documents that conform to prescribed style and format.
MATH ABILITY:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to read and understand journal entries and the flow of information through a general ledger. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint..
