Company DescriptionOur Client is a distributer that is seeking full-time, direct hire employees to work as Inside Salespersons. The Company is stable and has been in business since 1991. Company is an authorized Trimble distributer and primarily sells and rents surveying and ancillary equipment. Products include: GPS surveying equipment for industrial construction, pipelines, plants, and seismic surveys; utility and pipeline locating equipment; laser scanning equipment; drones; UHF radio equipment. The company offers their Clients unmatched, 24/7 product support and service. They are located close to Richmond, TX and offer a casual work environment. Job DescriptionSeeking inside sales professionals who are highly motivated, results-oriented, and energetic self-starters who want to be part of a winning team that makes things happen now. Primary responsibility is the sales or rental of new or used GPS survey equipment. The company will provide training, a base salary, benefits, and commissions.Meet and exceed revenue and monthly quota objectives of $100k per month;Generate 3 - 5 sales quotes per a week; Build and manage sales pipeline, including qualifying sales opportunities;Develop a sales pipeline through online sources, customer contacts, social networks;Cold calls (60 - 80 per day);Provide timely response to product inquiries and demonstration requests; Record and maintain all sales activities in CRM; Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced, team environment.QualificationsCollege Degree or equivalent work experience2-3 years of sales experienceOutgoing personality with no call reluctance Ability to understand and sell technical equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving recordPass a drug test and background checkMust have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basisAdditional InformationCompensation and Benefits:Base salary of $40k per year plus commission and performance bonus;Discretionary bonus based upon individual performance;Group health care in which the company pays 50% of the employee's premium;Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) in which the company grants up to 25% of the annual compensationApplication Instructions:Please send your resume in Microsoft Word format.
