We are seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as am Outdoor Advertising Promoter. In this position, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere by showcasing our brand and attracting attention to our business through dynamic sign-spinning techniques. Your enthusiasm and energy will play a key role in driving foot traffic and generating interest in our products/services.

Responsibilities:

Perform sign-spinning techniques with creativity, flair, and energy to capture the attention of passersby.

Promote our brand, products, or services by effectively displaying and advertising with signs or banners.

Engage with potential customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive brand experience.

Maintain a high level of energy throughout assigned shifts to keep the attention of the audience and passersby.

Stay knowledgeable about our brand, products, and promotions to effectively communicate with potential customers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new sign-spinning routines and techniques.

Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure that sign-spinning activities are conducted in a safe manner.

Assist in the setup and teardown of signage and promotional materials at designated locations.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sign-spinning routines and overall brand visibility.

Qualifications:

High energy levels with a strong ability to maintain enthusiasm throughout assigned shifts.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.

Exceptional physical stamina and coordination to perform sign-spinning routines effectively.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop captivating and eye-catching sign-spinning techniques.

Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility for assigned shifts.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.

Prior experience in sign-spinning, street marketing, or promotional activities is preferred but not required.

Flexibility to work during peak business hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
