We are seeking an Annual Department Manager for our Avon retail location. Must be friendly, team oriented, knowledgeable professionals with excellent customer service and organizational skills. Must also be profit driven and possess a strong work ethic to join our team.

This position will be responsible for managing our Annual department . This position will lead by displaying the highest level of customer service to ensure the success of daily operations as well as the strategic goals of the Company.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous retail management experience. Excellent knowledge of products and plants, specifically annuals material, and general knowledge of all other merchandise. Ability to effectively manage a team. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and ultimately achieving excellent customer satisfaction. Retail sales experience in the industry is preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft computer programs, Company e-mail and their capabilities. Ability to work with Point of Sales system (POS) and its capabilities. Ability to adapt to the fast-paced dynamic environment of the industry and be flexible and open to new ideas.
