Our brands include www.JasonsGolfCarts.com, www.BatteryPete.com and www.PetesGolfCarts.com . This position can be full or part time, and will be based out of our Hartland, WI office. Some remote work is possible after initial in-person training is completed.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a detail oriented person, proficient in writing and grammar, to:
  
  • Create and manage original content on our social media sites and blogs for our our brand websites and for our sister company www.LightingDesignSolutions.com
  • Help our marketing group create, update, maintain, and improve listings and pricing for our 10,000 website products
  • Assist in the creation and management of email campaigns to over 30,000 customer nationwide
  • Work with Customer Service team members to obtain and implement constructive feedback and suggestions
  • Work with fellow employees to achieve constant improvements to our product offerings, procedures, and communications
  • Build personal knowledge on our products and services (training provided)
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
  • Help us seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

• Previous knowledge of eCommerce, Social Media, Google ads, or our products is required.
• Previous experience or interest in golf carts, off-road vehicles, electric vehicles, outdoor sports, auto parts, or batteries is a big plus, but not required.
• Ability to write simple product descriptions with special attention to grammar and accuracy
• Familiarity with basic computer programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience with Canva, Woo Commerce, eBay, Amazon, Walmart Commerce, Hubspot, or Mail Chimp would be especially valuable.
• High school degree
