Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our digital products. Your primary focus will be on enhancing user experience by combining functionality, accessibility, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create visually striking and cohesive designs that align with the brand identity and project objectives.
• Utilize graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma, to craft high-quality visual elements.
• Produce interactive prototypes to demonstrate the flow and functionality of UI designs, allowing for user testing and feedback.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes.
• Conduct usability testing to gather valuable insights and refine designs based on user feedback.
• Work closely with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into visually appealing and functional interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI elements into the final product.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve and innovate.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design patterns, to facilitate consistency across projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in mobile app prototyping tools such as InVision preferred or Adobe XD
• Mobile Prototype Developer, your responsibilities will include designing layout, prototypes, and evaluations, and making improvements based on user feedback
• Prior experience with designing UI screens from given requirements
• Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with responsive design and familiarity with front-end development technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projects.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 2 years of professional experience in UI design (may vary depending on the seniority of the position).
