Peterson has an open position for the Field Technical Support Manager. The Field Technical Support Manager serves the sales and engineering departments by utilizing their technical background to identify customer needs and engineering adaptations of Peterson products as well as providing technical field support, technician training, and troubleshooting for company products, both Peterson and Maxi-Seal. Acts as initial field service contact for fleet and OEM customers.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate capability in solving complex technical problems and coordinate with multiple departments. Also a minimum of 5 years experience in field training activities and troubleshooting activities.
