Peterson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a full-time Sales Manager for our dealership. This is a prestigious position within our dealership and we are always looking to recruit top talent to add to our team. This position is no exception!

Ideal applicants for this position will have the ability to learn and perform these primary tasks:

• Maintain and exceed expected sales benchmarks and margins
• Understand how to connect with and lead all personality types to develop a team of sales professionals and hold them accountable to personal and company standards
• Remain organized and effectively manage all logistics that go into a car deal
• Demonstrate excellent sales skills and apply them to negotiations to overcome objections
• Engage in continued sales and product education
• Offer excellent customer service and communicate effectively

Additional tasks and responsibilities will come, but these are the main responsibilities of this position.
