Summary:
Performs repetitive work station or line assembly operations to mass produce and assemble products by performing the following duties as follows;

Skills and requirements:
High School education or GED preferred. Six months training/experience with saws/shear, brake press, and/or rolls operations. Advanced math skills.
Education:
High School / GED.
Minimum Requirements:
Training: As determined.
Essential Mental Functions:
Must be able to understand implicit and explicit instructions and react favorably in all work situations. Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.
Essential Physical Functions:
Requires lifting of at least 50 lbs., stooping, bending and stretching to accomplish grinding and other assigned duties. Requires standing, bending and stooping for extended periods of time.

Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others
