Job Responsibilities

• Providing customers with facility related information via facility tours, personal visits/assessments, and follow-up
• Care planning to meet social & emotional needs
• Helping the residents and families adjust to their new surroundings

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Innovative, outgoing & organized
• Have a love for working with the elderly population
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Must have the current federally required vaccines or proof of a valid exemption.
