Peters Creek Retirement Community is Hiring a Maintenance Director Near Redmond, WA

Maintenance Director:

$30-32/hr**

The Maintenance Director ensures proper functioning of all mechanical equipment and systems, including routine and preventative maintenance. Quality Assurance controls on clean and safe physical environments for all occupants. Review of cost controls for the Maintenance budgets. Working with vendors and group purchasing organizations to reduce maintenance expenses.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the community leader responsible for the overall integrity of the physical plant.
  • Performing general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned, including installations and repairs, plumbing and electrical equipment, fire and sprinkler equipment, H.V.A.C., landscape, carpentry, painting and equipment repair.
  • Ensuring that walls, floor covering, doors, windows, furniture and woodwork in the common area of the community are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Documenting safety issues as well as physical plan deficiencies related to all guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
