The Role:

Our Pipe Layer Apprentices repair existing issues outside each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, at every home.

Pipe Layer Apprentices have the benefit of earning a Guaranteed 40 hour per week paycheck regardless of season and level of work.

What You'll Do

• Consistently represent yourself as professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business!
• Level and reset customer yards following excavation.
• Work on light landscaping of trees, shrubs, sod, etc.
• Assist the operator.
• Work as second hand to Excavation Team.
• Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.

• Clean, safe driving record and background check.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

• Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a great attitude on life.
• High School Diploma or GED
