Our progressive, private oral surgery practice in Murrieta is hiring a full-time Dental Front Office Receptionist/ Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

We are looking for an outgoing person who enjoys helping patients and understands they will be the face of our practice.

Some of the duties include: Greet patients and check them in and out of the practice. Send video messages and confirm appointments. Send patients letters. We are looking for a friendly, kind person who will take excellent care of our patients. A person who will run an organized front desk.

We want a treatment coordinator who is experienced. A person who enjoys educating patient on the treatment the doctor is recommending. Setting up financial arrangements as needed and scheduling the patient for treatment. Following u p to ensure that our patient is receiving the treatment they agreed to.

The days and hours for this position are:

Monday: 8 to 5

Tuesday: 8 to 5

Wednesday: 8 to 5

Thursday: 8 to 5

Friday: 8 to 5.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
