- Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs.
- Build and manage a clientele and provide structured sales follow-up.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience by making guests feel welcome and comfortable.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Jewelry-specific schooling/knowledge is not necessary, but is beneficial.
- Professional and dynamic presence, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Great attitude, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to self-manage workflow to facilitate client relationships and job responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 per year
