Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Attorney to handle virtual per diem appearances 2 to 4 days per week in the civil city courts of New York and or to handle Suffolk County and Nassau county in person appearances. The area of law the attorney must be experienced in is NY No-fault first party litigation. Appearances will be mostly in the NY court system for motions, conferences and virtual trials.

This position is a 1099 position.

Rate of pay can be montly retainer or per matter.

Experience:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admission to the state bar association: New York State

- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal principles in NY First Party No-fault litigation and AAA arbitration.

- Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
