Job Summary:
Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Automotive Sales Associate to join our sales team in West Columbia, South Carolina. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and selling new and used vehicles to our diverse customer base. This is a full-time, commission-only position in the automotive industry that requires a self-motivated individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by providing product knowledge and conducting test drives
- Utilize various sales techniques to negotiate prices and close deals
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current sales policies, incentives, and promotions
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and promote customer loyalty
- Keep abreast of industry trends, products, and competitors
- Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve sales goals
- Attend professional development and training opportunities to improve sales skills
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including customer information and vehicle sales records
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or related field
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
