SUMMARY: Performs a variety of renovation functions, including mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Preforms renovations to occupied & unoccupied units which may entail mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, or plumbing.
• Assist Renovations Manager to complete units as assigned
• Removes refuse.
• Adheres to the Peter Becker Community Code of Conduct and all Corporate Compliance and HIPAA Policies and Procedures.
• Attends all mandatory in-services.
• Attendance is an essential function for this position.
• Adheres to facility and department dress code.
• Performs additional duties as required.
