We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Manager/Production Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, coaching, and training, preferably within the home service industry. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our production team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, including occasional technical duties, and a willingness to lead by example. Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach the production team to achieve KPIs and exceed performance targets.
  • Maintain operational efficiency and quality standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide hands-on support when needed, including running a truck as a technician.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in management, coaching, and training, preferably in the home service industry.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Hands-on mentality with a willingness to jump in whenever necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
