We are seeking a self-motivated, goal-oriented person to be the Site Manager responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Jonathon mining and mineral processing operation located near Laramie, Wyoming. The role reports directly to the Executive Director of Mining and Mineral Processing.

The manager is responsible for all operations and directly oversees a team including a mineral processing superintendent, a quarry supervisor, an administrative assistant, and 35 hourly employees. The manager assigns tasks, oversees day-to-day activities, ensures quality and quantity of production, and makes recommendations for improvements.

The manager is responsible for everyone on the site including hiring, promotion, termination, performance reviews, performance management, scheduling, training, and enforcing safety protocols and company policies.

Successful candidates must have at least 5 years of industrial plant experience and be willing to live within 50 miles of the plant.
