Ready Mix Concrete Sales Representative

The Sales Representative for Pete Lien & Sons – Coloardo Springs is responsible assisting management in implementing strategies for ready mix concrete and precast concrete block sales to grow company revenue in accordance with organizational goals and objectives.

The Sales Representative acts as a front-line ambassador for the company while dealing with customers, conducting follow up business with customers and reporting to management. He/she will ensure a positive customer experience through the sales process, including post sale.

Successful candidate must possess a working knowledge of basic mathematical skills, including four arithmetic functions, percentages, and units of measurement; be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, OneNote and Teams. Possess a working knowledge of various office equipment including telephones, faxes, copiers and computers with specific ability to type well and send high quality correspondence through email; have a valid driver's license; ability to use the internet and other web-based programs; ability to carry out simple oral and written instructions and to deal with problems from standardized situations as well as the ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
