Join our passionate team as a Veterinarian (Full-Time/Part-Time/Relief) at Petaluma Veterinary Hospital!.

Nestled in the North Bay Area, we operate a cozy small animal veterinary practice housed in a historic building with over 60 years of service dedicated to veterinary care!

Our motto embodies our approach: We treat all pets like our own and consider all clients as family. Over the decades, we've nurtured a loyal and committed clientele base. Small and family-oriented, we prioritize up-to-date medical practices and provide personalized attention to each client. Our facility includes 2-3 exam rooms, a fully equipped treatment area, and a surgery suite. On average, we see 12-20 patients per day with 30-minute appointments, maintaining a Doctor to Technician/Assistant Ratio of 1.5-2. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance by keeping shorter hours, allowing for two consecutive days off: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. We are paper-light with Avimark software.

  • Experience in providing passionate care for pets highly preferred. 
  • We welcome both experienced and recent grad compassionate Veterinarians to apply.

What's in it for you:

The base salary for this position can range between $130,000 - $165,000 annually with production based on a 40-hour work week (4 tens) and will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, practice type. and work schedule Total compensation may also include a sign-on or retention bonus. We offer medical benefits (including health, dental and vision), 401(k), employee assistance program (EAP), CE allowance, vacation, dues reimbursement, liability coverage, mentorship and so much more.
