Petal Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is Hiring a RN Weekend Supervisor Near Tyler, TX
- PREMIUM pay for this position.
- Responsible for the patient care in the SNF. This includes, but is not limited to, utilization of skills in organization, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing care through the use of SNF and nursing standards.
- Provides case management to a group of patients providing specific assessments according to protocols and procedures, clinical competence in procedural skills, treatments, and patient/caregiver education related to wound care management, and acts as patient advocate in delivery and coordination of patient care.
- Collaborates with other health care providers and DON regarding facility and patient needs.
- Maintains and demonstrates competency in BLS, infections control, safety and all unit required skill review
- Interacting with co-workers and other agency staff, guests and patients providing outstanding customer service
So what experience are we looking for in our Registered Position? Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school.
- Current RN license or compact RN license to practice in Texas.
- Current BLS required and ACLS required.
- Wound Care Certification preferred.
- Med/Surg, Home Health, or Wound Care experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
